Tuesday Morning

Colored pencil on black paper.  I started this with peach to establish the values.  Over this I added a light layer of Scarlet lake and then a little canary yellow.  I then used light peach and white for the highlights and dark brown and black for the shadows.  I added a little bit of true blue as well.

I mixed a brown (sienna and indigo), wet the skin and hair areas, and painted the values with the brown.
