| I added more darks and lights and some details with gouache to the pelican. I added a few darks and some lights to the post. The post still needs a bit of work as does the pelican (he needs an eye). |

| I started adding dark to the cow, did not finish it yet. The easiest way is to wet the cow, make it damp, not puddled. Drop in the dark. Remember that the paint comes off the brush most at the place that you lift the brush. So lift the brush in the dark areas. |
