About Me

My photo
Kate Lagaly, CPSA, CPX, WSNC, SW
I absolutely love art! I have been making art since I was young. Art is woven into every part of my life and everything I do, it has been a constant companion and a driving force. I became serious about art as the student of a most extraordinary high school art teacher, Ben Price. I learned that art is about problem solving. I learned to work hard and continually explore and to be fearless. I went on the earn a BA in Art from Xavier University. I work in a variety of mediums and paint or draw almost every day, teach regularly at various locations, travel some to teach workshops, enter art exhibitions and competitions, and enjoy spending time around other artists. I have earned signature memberships in various art organizations and have art published in several books. Life is very good! to view Kate's Artwork go to https://katelagaly.blogspot.com/ For a list of classes and workshops go to Kate's Class List at https://katesclasseslist.blogspot.com/ or Kate's class blog at https://katesclasses.blogspot.com/
